Which Email Service Provider is right for your business? We send out millions of emails from each of the top ESP’s, and we know the strengths of each. We don’t force any one technology on our clients. Because we’re” technology agnostic,” we’re in a good position to judge each ones’ strengths: Who uses SMS? Whose costs best-align with your goals? Which is easiest to integrate with your database?
All that aside, deliverability is the most important concern. If your message can’t get through to the customer, you’re losing money. After all, you pay per thousand sent – not by how many were delivered.
To help our new clients decide which ESP is right for them, we ran a quarterly report on the deliverability rates of the platforms we use most. To protect our partners and our clients, we’ve obscured the names.

Based strictly on deliverability, there’s very little difference here. Yes, you’d rather be in the bottom ESP if all other things were equal, but they are not. These ESP’s all have different price structures, different service levels, and different capabilities. More importantly, this graph does not reflect the fact that the longer we work with a client, the better their deliverability gets – and so the more money they save.
